About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who blends strong engineering chops with sharp product instincts. You’ll own features end-to-end — from talking to users and shaping the spec, to shipping polished, production-grade code across the stack.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally full-stack (Python/Typescript)
• Strong product sense — you obsess over how features feel, not just whether they work
• Experience shipping user-facing features end-to-end, owning design decisions and trade-offs
• Comfort with ambiguity — you can take a fuzzy product hypothesis and turn it into a shipped feature
• Excellent verbal and written communication; most of our async work happens in writing (PR reviews, Notion docs, Slack, Linear)
• High taste for both code quality and product polish
• A “manager of one” mindset

Bonus Skills

• Prior startup experience, shipping products 0-1 and/or owning major parts of a production-grade codebase
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered product surfaces
• Frontend craft: React, animation, micro-interactions
• Experience leading architectural discussions, designing integrations, and weighing trade-offs
